Claire Schmidt Head of Giving Claire previously ran programs for Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher's anti-trafficking nonprofit, Thorn. Before that, she was an operations and strategy consultant at Roll Global and a strategy consultant for Fortune 500 companies at the Parthenon Group. She graduated from Stanford with a BA in Economics. She is the Curator of the Los Angeles Global Shapers, a project of the World Economic Forum.

Lucy Prom Product Manager Lucy previously worked for Kiva in both LA and Kenya to help local entrepreneurs in Kenya access loans to help grow their businesses. Before that, she was an Analytical Lead within Google’s Large Customer Sales division for four years. She graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Communications and Psychology, and is currently an MBA student at UCLA Anderson.

Lucy previously worked for Kiva in both LA and Kenya to help local entrepreneurs in Kenya access loans to help grow their businesses. Before that, she was an Analytical Lead within Google’s Large Customer Sales division for four years. She graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Communications and Psychology, and is currently an MBA student at UCLA Anderson.

Marsha Olson Partnerships Manager Marsha started her career at The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she spent the last few years managing a Global Media Partnerships portfolio totaling over $35M in annual payout, focused on changing the way the world talks about global health and development issues. She graduated from University of Washington with a BA in Communication.
